The bands would typically have long hair, where studs dark eyeliner and would wear leather jackets. •Pop Pop music started in the mid 1950’s, its one of the biggest genres ever and it is still a fairly popular genre today, it thrived in the 90’s and early 2000’s, it’s cultural origins are the UK and US. The genre of pop held some of the biggest songwriters and groups in history, The Beatles, Lady Gaga.... •HipHop This genre of music is a collision of rap and pop, formed in the early 2000’s and is now arguably the biggest genre of music now! Tens of millions of people enjoy listening to this genre, it typically consists of a drum beat with a keyboard/piano rhythm. The artists themselves typically wear their hair in dreadlocks...
