Coursework Review
LO: To self audit work so far and to explore how to create effective representations
- Mise-en-scène appropriate to music videos and an audience of 14-18 year olds showing consideration of location, sets, lighting, costume, props, casting and performance.
- A range of camera shots, angles and movement
- Editing of original footage to match the song/genre of music.
Layout & Genre Conventions
- Hip/Hop -Because I like that style.
- The camerawork contains various shot types (close ups, canted angles, establishing shots etc),
- I have included designer/expensive clothing worn by protagonist, as well as cars, giving the sense that he's showing off, which is a very common convention of this genre.

Good initial ideas - are you sure you can pull off this genre effectively?
