& getting fit is your nutrition, and if you don't
get it right then it wont work. We give out the
secrets to the best possible protein shake you
you can make without having to go & buy any
protein power!





If you want to workout and get your protein but you don't have the money to spare on protein powder for your shake, make your own shake! Its easy, just crack two to three raw egg yolks into one of our shakers, & add a pint of milk. If you don't like the sound of that, then the best thing to do is to add a tea spoon or two of honey, that'll make it taste better and a little bit of honey wont do you any harm. After you've added them, put the lid on, and shake for about 10 seconds, & any more if you feel the need. Then you can drink. & believe it or not, it tastes
incredibly good.
